Omg! I love this probiotic it's one that I can literally feel working. I have taken it with just the lights meal in the mornings or after a heavier meal later in the day and both times I could feel it working and it like removes the gases (causing a little flatulence) which lets me know that it's working, and helps me to feel a little lighter. But it's very mild and don't last but a few seconds. Probiotics overall helps with the good bacteria in your gut because, restores your body's natural microbiome and good bacteria. Which I've needed to take because for a time or two I was taking antibiotics, and prednisone. And I've never fully gotten my gut health back in order. Now that I'm trying to lose weight this is very helpful. It also was a great price great brand Horbaach... I love that it has 14 strains and over 6 billion active organisms. Nice little mild berry flavor. It's a chewable which I was a little concerned about since I can't consume sugar. But it's only a hint you for me. I don't have any reactions from whatever mild sugar may be in it or natural sugars.

Taste isn't bad. Works so far. FYI must be refrigerated after opening.

I hope these are actually working. I know for sure they aren't hurting me and they actually taste really good.

Extremely fast delivery. Easy to take. Great price. I really wanted it to taste more like a sweet tart. It is a decent (not great, but not too bad) flavor, but it is a bit chalky. The price was right. A good friend recommended them to me after I had been in the hospital. The antibiotics has killed off all of the good bacteria and I was miserable. I have only been taking them for a few days now. I have high hopes for this product.
