OEM and Genuine F&P product means the same thing... And yes as long as you're purchasing from a legitimate vendor it will be made by F&P. Note that this is headgear for the ESON mask. The headgear in the picture is actually Simplus Headgear which may be why it looks odd. Hopefully Amazon will update that soon.

I wear a mouth and nose mask. Is this just for nasal masks?

I use this for a full face mask ( mouth and nose ).
