I received a dirty item, used and dirty. It seems to be working normal though.

Breaks easily
Very hard to attached dust container, both times broke. Also it’s last a year max and battery life drops to a few minutes

Great until the head stopped rotating
The dyson model is from India and so I was unable to register it in the UAE. This means it has been very difficult to get a replacement head. Edit: I had to go through Amazon who cannot replace the faulty part. Instead the unit has to be returned!
