Accu-Chek Self-Test Diary (Pack of 5 Accu Chek Log Book's)

I've used these many times before unfortunately the books do not allow much room to log anything but Blood Sugar readings. I returned all the booklet. I thought I had deleted this from my order but apparently it did not work properly and I ended up having to pay for the return of these booklets and it was not cheap. Do yourself a favor and purchase the booklet that allows you to log all your reading the book let is like 7x6. This allow for Blood Glucose, times, HBP, oxygen can document foods, info regarding illness and it is helpful for your dr to see details, that may be extremely helpful

I can get these for free from my medical coverage, but they only permit one or two each delivery. That isn't an adequate supply. For the price, a pack of 5, the exact log book I use, and free shipping, I'm really satisfied. The sale was quick and delivery on time. I'll order again, when the need arises.

These diary’s are just what I need to keep track of my blood glucose level. I can slip it into my shirt pocket to take with me to my doctor appointment so he can review my test results with me. I will order these again when needed.
