Perfect. Items are thick, strong and durable and of great quality. The variation of resistance across all the bands are just right for a range of exercises. The packaging was good and the carrying pouch makes them very easy to keep together and carry from place to place. Great value for the price.

Quality isn’t great they are thin so uncomfortable to use as they fold when I use them. They come with a bag so are easy to store. Kind of small too be honest, good stretch to them.

Great bands for what I needed

These are great for all levels. You can work your way up from easy to hard. I used them as I'm losing weight and was getting loose skin. They have definitely helped. I'd recommend these if you're just starting out with resistance bands.

Delivered quickly. Just what i need according to my physiotherapist. Hope they are strong enough for use over agood length of time but for that price they seem fine.
