AREDS is great for your vision
This is a great daily vitamin. My optometrist advised I start taking AREDs vitamins because I have a family history history of macular degenaration. So far this along with a few other Areds supplements I have been easy to swallow or chew. And I feel much healthier

The pills tend to get stuck in your throat if you have esophageal issues.
