Not oily. This product is all natural and cooling. Ot is light and gentle with a pleasing, light fragrance. Unlike oily products, even those who are labeled non-oily, the rice water takes off eye makeup with no oily residue on skin and more importantly on your eyes!

The best eye make up remover I have ever used. Soft affect but cleans gently and totally without any residuals.

I've purchased this product three times already, and I keep coming back to it because of how gentle it is for my sensitive skin. I would say the bottle is as big as my head (length-wise), but even though it seems small it lasts quite awhile because you don't need too much to have it work. Just pour a few drops onto a cotton pad, place onto your eyelids/eyebrows for a few seconds, and gently wipe away the make-up. Works for the lips and the rest of the face just fine. It's amazing because it doesn't leave you any greasy, oily feeling either. The smell is quite faint but pleasant. It's one of my most favorite products of all times, so don't hesitate on purchasing it because it works just the way it's suppose to.

Excellent. Great remover for all makeup, no just eye makeup. Fresh, pleasant scent and doesn't leave an oily film on skin. Only reason I gave it 4 stars was because it stung my skin since it's overly sensitive. I think the sting comes from the fragrance.

I love this brand. It removes my makeup easily and leaves my skin feeling moisturized. I have had a hard time finding a prodcut that does not irritate my skin. I finally found one I love, and will continue to buy!

Nice eye makeup remover. No stinging of eyes. I use a face oil cleanser, then foaming face cleanser. I use this last, to remove what the other products didn’t. I found using this alone didn’t quite remove waterproof mascara or eyeliner as easily as when used with the other face cleansing products. Cleans up mistakes nicely with a q-tip. Removes non waterproof mascara easily, but I found I still need to use some kind of face cleanser after using it on my eyes.

I received this yesterday and tried it today. I used it to take my makeup off after work, and I had to hurry and write a review because I am impressed!! My makeup came off so easy. I didn't have to use a lot of product and rub it off hard. I was able to gently remove makeup with a cotton swab. Little goes a long way. This is oil free which is great for my already oily skin. The smell is light and pleasant. No harsh chemical smell. If this continues to work great and don't break me out. I will definitely try the whole line. Give this a try, its better than any other makeup remover I've used!

Ich benutze diesen Makeup Remover schon seit Jahren und bestelle ihn immer wieder nach.Er ist für mich der Beste.Der Inhalt ist sehr ergiebig und reicht bei mir für mehrere Monate.Er riecht sehr angenehm und entfernt Mascara und sämtliches Augen Make up wunderbar.

I am a fan of Korean Products. But not all of those products are worth their hype and price. This one however, I found quite satisfactory. It does not irritate my skin, is gentle, gives a cooling effect and leaves no Oily Cast behind, unlike other bi-phased makeup removers out there. I find it a whole lot better than Maybelline's Total Clean Remover. Glad they have made it to Amazon India. The Face Shop has no exclusive outlet in Delhi yet and are available in Sephora Stores, where there is hardly any discounts on the Korean Products. So, getting it on discount was quite a pleasant surprise ! :) Delivery was on time. Product was far from expiry date. A Happy Customer :)
