These dressings are like giant plasters. Exactly the same kind of sticky, and gauze pad as nice quality plasters. Quite different from the ones used in hospital, but I don't think these are worse, and it's quite nice that they are more similar to a very familiar first aid kit item, as it makes them easy to use. The pad is pretty small in comparison to the size of the sticky area, which again is not really a bad thing if you're expecting it, and they could easily be used on a larger wound by adding an extra bit of gauze. They are very sticky, and pretty resistant to water. It's easy to keep them on for a week or more. The hard thing is if you want to be changing them daily, as they're quite difficult to get off so frequently and I'd be concerned about tearing the skin. I experimented with trying to tone down the stickiness with powder or lotion on the skin, but haven't managed to get that to work.

Used these dressings for a little while due to an injury on my leg, whilst not waterproof the centre of the dressing has good absorbency, the adhesive area is large and has good longevity, would advise on removal to either do it in the shower/bath where the dressing is wet or use some form of adhesive remover as it sticks pretty well and can further an existing injury by pulling the skin.

Love these adhesive plasters as they do the same job as little fiddly plasters they are a great size Excellent value for money

I was so pleased when I found these. They are the same sort of plasters the Blood Service use on your arm after you have donated blood. i often wondered where to get them. In the summer I had an incident where I injured my shin by walking into a piece of wire sticking out from a wire fence. The wound was deep and took many weeks to heal, I was using bandages before I found these. The Cutiderm dressing combined with an Inadine dressing definitely sped up the healing process.

These are good quality wound dressings that are a decent size and cover the wound perfectly. I had an infected wound and needed something reliable to cover it and these offered good protection. However, the adhesive caused some poor skin reactions, including itching as I used them consistently for a number of weeks. My skin is not usually sensitive to anything, so this was a surprise. Used in moderation this may not have happened. I wouldn’t use these again if I needed a long term solution.

Schönes Pflaster, gut verpackt und leicht auszupacken. Es klebt gut und ist sehr leicht und angenehm auf der Haut. Sehr zu empfehlen.

El producto es perfecto, cumple todas mis expectativas, el embasado individual es idóneo para su uso , fácil de desprecintar y de colocar sobre la herida , pero yo , pondría la opción de comprar también la clorhexidina 1% al mismo tiempo, ya que es idónea para desinfectar las manos como la herida .
