I just clean it and it changed in color and had water spots and a smell of iron comes out .

The dish is beautiful. It’s deep enough to make deep dish lasagna, enchilada casserole and many other types of casserole dishes. The handles are very sturdy and offers ease when removing this dish from the oven. The lid fits very snug for saving leftovers.

Beautiful lasagna pan, works well as a roaster. Snap on lid makes traveling with food easy. Great pan, but only expensive. Worth it if you’re willing to pay for it.

If a roaster pan and a casserole dish had a baby this would be it! The size is less deep and not as big than a roaster and more generous than a casserole. Perfect for lasagna, cabbage rolls and roasting vegetables when a neither will work and a pan sheet is to shallow. The lid is a game changer for leftovers or prepping ahead of baking. Personally I’m not loving the overly rounded corners or upward handles compared to the usual side ones. It makes for an easy lift big enough for oven mitts but a little tricky to cover the pan with parchment and foil when needed. I plan on getting a second one and the smaller square size as well.
