This device came at just the right time for me. I am building up fitness to go on a hike in a months time. Such a blessing. Really easy to fit onto your leg, and so straightforward to use. The lights cover the whole inside of the sleeve. I found that using it twice a day has really helped my leg. It has helped alleviate tension in my calf, and just made it feel that bit more supple. Very good and I am incredibly pleased with it.
