Great gift idea!
Bought as a gift for a Van Gogh loving friend who adores them! Very impressed with the quality; the design doesn't stretch out the way most novelty socks do and they are thick and comfortable. Having the design above the ankle is a nice touch too, you'd never know they were novelties if you're wearing long pants so they're much more wearable than most.
