Hauppauge WinTV-unoHD 01690 USB TV Tuner DVB-T/T2 for Laptop and PC

I just purchased this today and the setup was easy on my Windows 11 surface go. All areas scan took about 20 mins using outdoor aerial as suggested. It may be searching EU After search all the usual freeview channels seem ok. I used the arrow key to check the first 15 channels and they all worked perfectly. The EPG showed the whole list and i can press the program to watch. I use a stylus pen but i can attach a mouse using my hub. They do not advise using a hub but mine worked perfectly, and as i only have a usb c port, i need a hub. I guess some cheap hubs may cause damage to the device so they have to give that advice. Recording worked perfectly I wanted to see if i could watch Freeview TV outside so tested the portable aerial. It is difficult to pick up pictures indoors, but when i hung it outside the window, i did get better results but poor signal. I think if i was outside i would be able to find a spot for a channel, as i picked up snooker on the DMAX channel via the supplied portable aerial. Outdoor aerial pickes up everything perfectly. Only 5 left at £30 Update- for test only, managed to find one spot on windowsill that gave me main channels on portable aerial (no HD). Use outside aerial if you have one Best thing is you can save fims etc for travel. BBC i player stopped downloads on windows and other catchup had no option on PC

Works just fine with win 11. Download and install version 42351 of WinTV v10 from Haupauge support site and use the enclosed activation code from your WinTV UNO HD usb stick package.

Dieses Teil hat mir die Reha wirklich einfacher gemacht. Wer am PC fernsehen , aber dafür nicht extra zahlen möchte, für den ist dieses Teil wirklich gut. Die Installation fand ich super einfach. Eine ordentliche DVBT2-Antenne hatte ich noch zu Hause. Allerdings funktioniert auch die etwas pisselige mitgelieferte. Sollte man allerdings irgendwo festkleben, weil sie sonst umfällt. Fernbedienung habe ich ein wenig vermisst. Was ich allerdings wirklich vermisst habe ist, dass keine Radiosender empfangen werden konnten. Ansonsten hat sie gemacht, was sie soll: alle öffentlich rechtlichen Sender konnten in einer sehr guten Qualität empfangen werden.

The product seems to work well, wouldn't install on Win7, bit did on 10. The software with the product sucks big time, locked up the laptop every second time it was launched. Unfortunately Win 10 doesn't have WMC which worked well. Not happy
