Always top quality, remote then on with audio signal is a game changer.
Installed several of these, never had an issue, always top quality, have never had one fail. Direct line converters are cheaper, but seem to always crap out and eventually start buzzing. If your going to dump money on after market speakers, amps, & subs, go ahead and pay for this now installing it correctly, than eventually end up doing it later. Also, remember you can run single power and split to amp and this converter, and also use the automatic remote function that picks up the signals from the audio to turn on your amp, so you don’t have to run a separate remote wire which I think is awesome. Good luck on your install.

Works great. Easy setup. Just read the instructions. Makes sub install wayyyy easier.

Highly recommended, exactly what I needed.
Excellent quality, clear , powerful bass without distortion, worthy every penny, easy to install, the device practically comes “adjusted” from factory however I recommend that you set the output level knob to the minimum before you tune your amplifier to your own taste.

Best line amplifier
This thing is awesome. I bought an nvx xbbr2 but it seemed to amplify the wrong frequencies from my pac audio APSUB-TY12. So I decided to get this to amplify the 5v outputs of the PAC. Well worth it too. Still trying to figure out the parametric eq settings from the oac but with this I get the punch I want out of my system now. 2018 highlander limited with nvx 500w fitted box for highlanders hooked up to a stinger audio amp. Super small and only needs a 1 amp in line fuse. Worth it if you just need to amplify a signal without modifications. Noise level is good. No remote control was included. Setting it up was super easy too, just piggy backed off the amplifier power, I have the gain turned up all the way on this and still no distortion form my sub (about 3/4 gain on amp) . Maybe I'll have to switch out to my 700w sub instead.

Get this if you have an Amazon stereo and want to add an amp/sub!
I’ve got an Android stereo in my 2015 Jeep Compass. It’s great in every way except the RCA outputs for L/R and sub have low voltage. This unit boosts the signal so you can set the gain without cranking it. The signal is nice and clean, and it’s easy to install this unit behind the Android stereo somewhere because it’s small. I love this little thing and for $50 you can’t beat the price and quality. Frequency response is 20hz to 50khz, so it’s fine for my uses. Just make sure to set the switches and settings right. Don’t max out the output knob, keep it at 90% or lower and adjust the amp gain accordingly. It’s always best to have a little headroom in every component for the cleanest signal.

I think it's great
I love this thing. I'm glad I didn't chince out for one of those cheap options. Using this to piggie-back a couple ancient 8ohn speakers onto my 5.1 left and right channels. Works like a champ.

If you have a stock radio and added a line out converter get this as well
I have a new ford explorer xlt and to change the radio isn’t that simple the infotainment system in the new explorers is very costly to add an aftermarket radio and changing the radio requires so many accessories and the radios available all change your heating and ac and power seat controls. Too much to risk. With that said I added a kicker line out comverter to add an amplifier. When I hooked everything up my sub sounded like trash and the signal was muffled and a lot of bass ranges on songs were missing. I spent over a month researching products to fix this issue I even tried a smart line out converter but that helped only a little. I found this line out booster in a car audio forum as a recommendation instead of the 1000$ I was about to spend on a digital sound processor and digital amp. I ordered this item thinking it wasn’t going to do much being this cheap. I was sadly mistaken. I added this to my stereo before my amplifiers and it boosted and cleaned up the signal beyond my wildest expectations. Every song is crystal clear and my sub works like it was hooked up to an aftermarket radio. If you’re adding a sub to any factory radio do yourself a favor and add this. I just added a distribution block to power the device and plugged in my rcas accordingly and tuned it to my amps. All in all took 20 minutes to install and my stereo is mint. If you’re not really a review person trust me and this review you’ll save yourself the stress and money… Edit: could just be the unit itself but after having for 4 months I’m now having to replace this unit. I’m running a pretty heavy system so with that much power things happen but was hoping would last longer. But totally worth the money

Great LOC With Flawless GTO BUT Watch For Returned Units
They sent me a returned item first and I had to request a replacement in order to get what I paid for. There was a return label on it ("LPN" number and qr code) and the package was opened. This really has nothing to do with the product itself, just Amazon or whomever thought that was a good idea. Thats the reason for 1 less star. As for the LOC itself, so far so good. Unfortunately I have a factory radio that turns bass down as volume gets turned up so this wont be in car long, but it does exactly what it said and has worked flawlessly, allowing me to integrate an aftermarket subwoofer and amp with my factory amplified system. GTO works great and gave me a remote wire to use for aftermarket amplifier. Very easy to install if you know what you're doing and you can easily get settings adjusted by following a few videos. Its rather compact and easy to operate thanks to its design.

Hooked this up to 2, 10 in speakers (one box) and it works perfect, sound is not distorted by any means, relatively easy to set up great for the value, build quality is great. Had slight issues with the remote but worked it out after wires were hooked up. Over all, quality is great

Using factory head unit in my ‘21 Kona, connections are simple. Only using the front speakers as input which than hooks into my amp. Amp is 4 channel but 2 are bridged to run sub. As it relies on an input signal from head unit, if volume is very low it will not detect the signal and not turn on also if what you are listening to has a quiet spot or dead air, it will shut off after 30 seconds or so, power save feature.
