Beautiful pan and great non-stick performance
Best iron pan I have used. It looks very nice and the smooth surface makes it very non-stick if you take care of the pan.

I have read a lot about steaks & how to cook them. Got really interested when I learned steak & chips is the number one lunch patrons ordered in Parisian cafes. I love this pan already. I have had it for only a few days, but I have used it multiple times. It has a super smooth finish. It is easy to clean. It stays hot. It heats evenly. I have fried vegetables, reheated leftovers, and made a roux. After I wash it with soapy water, I dry it, then wipe a light coat of oil on it.

It’s a very pretty pan, lightweight and sturdy, the only drawback is it’s very very hard to season.. much harder than any cast iron pan I’ve ever had
