First gluten free oats I didn't have a gluten reaction to!
If you are like me and must be onanistic organic and a gluten free diet for health reasons, you have found regular oats are usually cross-contaminated with gluten and make you (or your loved one) sick. I have tried Red Mill GF oats, but got gluten-sick from them, and had given up on ever eating oatmeal or baking with oatmeal again until a friend encouraged me to try this brand. So I did, and did not have a gluten reaction! Oh, happy day! Eating organic is a must for my family, and so is being 100% gluten free, and I never dreamed I would et oats again, until I found these. GFHarvest rolled oats taste wonderful, cook easily as oatmeal or as a texture additive for all of your recipes, and makes wonderful, nutritious oat flour ground quickly in your blender or food processor. I use these everyday in recipes or for breakfast, and my organic, gluten free vegan cashew cheese sauce would not be complete without it! Here's to your health!

These oats are excellent!
I have been ordering from amazon for years and this is my first review of a product. I felt really compelled to share my experience and thoughts. When I first received this product, I had a few questions about the outer packaging. I called someone from amazon, but she couldn't answer my questions. I then called the company of Gluten Free Harvest directly and the lady there was so helpful! I have to say the customer service was excellent! After cooking with the oats (bread, pancakes, cookies, and oatmeal), I love the quality and taste of them. What I love most is that the oats are gluten-free AND organic; I have yet to find a company that has both. Before my 41 oz bag was empty, I ordered a 25 pound box from the company directly and just received it a couple of days ago. Lastly, we have a gluten-free bakery nearby and I recently inquired about the type of oats they use in their foods. The owner said she buys her oats from a small company in Wyoming and shared the name of THIS company. We then talked a few minutes about the company and she is very happy with the fact that they are GF and organic.

Great for Overnight Oatmeal
I love these rolled oats. Great price, great product. I'm on my 2nd bag, and I will definitely be getting this particular brand from here on out. I got these rolled oats to make overnight oatmeal: 1/2 cup rolled oats 1/2 cup milk (or water) 1 tsp local honey Then I add whichever organic frozen fruit I want (blueberries are my favorite for oatmeal). Sometimes I add organic chia seeds as well for some extra protein and fiber (need to add a bit more milk or water since the seeds absorb liquids just like the oats do). I usually eat this while drinking a protein shake, but this week I plan on adding some vanilla protein powder to the oatmeal itself. Once I have that all mixed together, I just throw it in the fridge overnight. The oats soak up the milk (or water) so they get that typical creamy consistency you expect from oatmeal. I thought it would be weird and gross cold, but it's actually awesome and I don't mind it at all. I always had oatmeal (Quakers) hot, but this homemade cold version is so much more tasty and MUCH more nutritious. Very easy to make since you just throw it together and put it in the fridge, take it out in the morning and enjoy! Great way to start the day off with a protein and fiber packed meal!

Nice Product, and Gluten Free!!
Oats can be cross contaminated if they are grown in areas where gluten containing grains are grown, so gluten free oats used to be impossible to find. I don't care how they made this possible, but I am so glad they did! The first time I brought GF Harvest brand it was because another brand dropped off the Subscribe and Save plan, and I needed to find an alternative. These are better tasting than the others anyway... don't ask me why. I just know what I like and I like these. They are old-fashioned style rolled oats, so they take a little time to cook. (If you're in a hurry crush them a little in your hands before you cook them). The price is good, the taste is wonderful, they're GF-- what's not to like?

Gluten and nut free, high-quality oats, delicious!
Super high quality, certified gluten free AND made in a nut-free facility! These oats are super high-quality and they didn't make me sick. I've used them to make oatmeal cookies and muffins, oatmeal, overnight oats (yum), granola, oat flour, and I plan to use them for meatballs soon. Edit: I've been buying these every other month for about a year now, and they are still great. I've used them in baking as they are and blitzed into flour with great results. They also made a great binder for my GF meatballs, and I've enjoyed them in granola and overnight oats recently. This is one of the best products I've discovered since my doctor told me to quit gluten and nuts.

Good Oatmeal.....
I really like this oatmeal. Always fresh, and very creamy texture. I've been eating it for a year now. It's the only ORGANIC Gluten Free Oatmeal I can find on the market. You can find gluten free in many brands, but they aren't organic. My only complaint is that it tends to contain some "husk fragments", which I've never found in other oatmeals. I called the company (very reputable), to voice my findings, and they explained that it is difficult to remove the husks from organic oats, and therefore it is the "downside" of the organic variety (they also sell a non-organic gluten free). So, basically, it's a "trade-off". For me, I'd rather eat the organic, and deal with the flaw. IMO, it's better then eating a product grown with pesticides.
