Best B-12 vitamins I’ve ever tried and I’ve tried a lot. I used to use B12 injections. I can’t find any supplements that match it. These are awful close.

My Vitamin B12 level was 210/ml and my doctor wanted me to take a 2,000 mcg Vitamin B12 supplement by mouth daily. I tried one with a good rating on amazon.com but the caplet was so large it was hard for me to swallow. After a week I went back to amazon.com and ordered the Bronson 1,000 mcg Sustained Release (over 8-hour period of time) tablets and, since you need protein in the stomach to absorb the B12, I began taking two tablets with breakfast each day. Please note: if you are deficient in Extrinsic Factor in your stomach your body can't absorb the oral B12 and you will have to have regular injections of the B12 to correct the B12 deficiency. The Bronson Sustained Release tablets are the same size as a generic aspirin tablet and are no problem for me to swallow. Six weeks after starting the oral Vitamin B12 my blood Vitamin B12 level was 732/ml---right in the middle of the normal range for Vitamin B12 levels in the blood. I have also noticed that I am no longer having the burning pain in my legs from the knee to the ankle that I had been enduring for nearly a year and that my physician thought was due to a peripheral nerve rather than vascular problem. My physician is delighted with the results of the B12 supplement and wants me to remain on the oral Vitamin B12 tablets. Initially I was afraid that such a small tablet would not give the same results as the large caplets but I shouldn't have been concerned---the small 1,000 mcg tablet works great! I highly recommend this brand of Vitamin B12 oral supplement.

My labs said my b12 was low. This helped bring it up to normal range in 12 weeks. I use this brand also for krill oil, vit k2+d3 & few others.
