Schlechte Qualität beim Holzgriff
Das Messer hat eine tolle Klinge, schmal und scharf, leicht zu schärfen. Ich bin Koch, benutze es jeden Tag, ein Messer für alles, der Holzgriff allerdings, ist vom Design schön, aber von der Qualität der schlechteste was ich je bei einem Messer gesehen habe, leider. Wenn man nicht unbedingt einen Holzgriff benötigt, dann besser mit Plastik, das Messer kostet ca. die Hälfte.

Scharf und schön
Ich hätte auch mehr Geld für ein gutes Brotmesser ausgeben, aber ich besitze viele Produkte von Vic und bin daher sehr die Qualität gewohnt. Super Messer.
