Very sharp device, didn’t reach the size I was wishing upon to make FRESH POTATO CHIPS, however it’s very good for slicing. One of cons: when veg is coming smaller in size due slicing, needles of safety holder that stuck / inserted into veg/potato wouldn’t tolerate finish slicing all of veg. Piece, then u must take it out and try to slice it using HAND, which is very hazard as device is very SHARP, u must be CAUTIOUS ! Didn’t try for julienne cuts yet.
