Great rope so far is used on concrete and shows very little wear so far. Its not too heavy but its also not super light so once youre in a rhythm is feels smooth but the workout from weight is great.

I love the grips and the storage bag that comes with the jump rope. As far as the rope goes it is a good weight and does not tangle. Great rope!!

I have used this rope a few times i love the weight. Its perfect for my rhythm. I dont know how durable it is but I will comment it i have any issues

As a boxer, I’ve had a number of ropes over the years. This has been the best one so far and has lasted a couple years already. The bearings spin smooth still and this rope is kept outside most of the time. Never kinked, easy to adjust, and weighted nicely! Great rope! Just bought two more for gym

Getting up there in years, the six pack is becoming a spare tire, etc., etc. I haven’t jumped rope since I was a kid but decided at (for my weight) at 25 calories a minute burn rate, rope is a solid add to my routine. I bought a different rope, didn’t realize that it didn’t adjust out enough for me (6’5” is a lot to clear), so went back to shopping, this time looking for the right rope. I looked at a lot of options and settled on this one due to combination of adjustability, price, reviews, and materials. On a personal note, if you’re like me and WAY out of practice, and you can’t hit more than 2 jumps in a row, don’t despair! It comes back fairly quickly. I was stuck in the 3 – 5 jumps before I stepped on the rope area for the first 3 or 4 times I tried it, but 2 weeks in I was hitting 50 reps with no issue. What I love about this rope is it’s easy to adjust, and it has just enough weight to easily spin without being too heavy. WARNING however, if has a STING to it if you catch an arm or the back of your leg. I’ve been using this rope for ~45 days, I use it every day, I have cement floors in my house, and no marks on the floor or damage to the rope. For a $20 investment, would highly recommend.

Use it everyday! Does tangle but what do you expect with a $20 rope! Would recommend

コロナ禍での外出自粛による運動不足解消のため、気軽に始められる縄跳びを選択。 長さは3mを選択、身長177cmでロープの長さ調整は不要でした。 スチールロープですので、切断が必要となる長さ調整の場合は少し苦労するかも。 商品の説明にボールベアリングの記載があり、何処に使われているのだろうと思いましたが、グリップとロープの接合部分でとてもスムーズに回り、長く跳んでいてもロープがネジネジになることもなく快適でした。 ポーチも付いていて、保管するのに良かったです。 耐久性はこれからの確認になりますが、長持ちして欲しいお値段ですね。 このメーカーから『Lite』と『X』がありどちらを選ぶか迷いました。商品の箱に比較表がついていましたので、迷われている方はご参考に。

I adjusted it to my size and I really like using it. Would recommend.
