Heard about these ages ago and never got round to buying one. Then I saw a poet online someone made a bout going to the loo. We are ment to sit at 45 degree angle. I think your ment have your legs nearer to your body. It's something do with the way you pass stools. Not to sound traffic. You pass more stools as it makes it easier to go. So if you have trouble give it a go. It might not be for everyone

Great but very narrow at the section the child stands on, plus not high enough for my daughter. None of which affects the actual intended use of this stool, so only 1 star off for not being multifunctional!

Due to some of the medication I'm on, I suffer with the side effects of constipation. I came across an article about how back in the day, the squat position was the best position to empty your bowels. Many people in different countries are still using this method today. Now, I don't have a hole in the ground to squat over, but using this to replicate that position while on the toilet has worked a treat!! I'm no longer sitting on the toilet for long periods of time and I haven't had to succumb to using laxatives anymore. Two thumbs up!

Definitely recommend this product, it's extremely sturdy, good thick plastic and I have big ass feet for a woman, a size 8 UK and they fit very comfortably on the sides.I got this one as I am on the tall side at 5'8" and it's a great height, it's a bit higher than others on the market so a must if you're lanky imo!It sits snugly in against the toilet when not in use and has enough of a curve that it would fit the majority of standard toilets.If you're looking to save yourself potential hemorrhoids in the future or just want easier faster bowel movements in general I would 100% recommend.

Very lightweight and not sturdy at all. Cracked in two places after one day's normal use.
