Though the consistency is thin and watery, this is not water! Its a game changer! To cut down on spills i put it in a spray bottle to spray on my face and it seems to work even better that way. Took about three full weeks to see a good difference but it is amazing

I don’t know if this product works or not since I haven’t used it yet but since I see others we’re not happy with their products condition I just wanted to share that mines was good, was completely protected in bubble wrap so I was happy to see that, will update later on how it works on my skin

Its not a lotion to moisturize, I use it before using moisturizer and seems to be working...subtle

I have tan skin and noticed my skin tone more even and face looked less dull definitely trying the other versions as well.

Second time purchasing. Love to use this as a toner.

This is a japanese lotion, meaning it is more like a toner in the US. The liquid is a bit cloudy white, not completely clear. It is the most moisturizing toner ever. It brightens the complexion immediately. I have very dry skin, and I use this at night, as first step after cleansing. Then I might add couple or serums, or directly apply tretinoin (retinal around the eyes). This moisturizes so well, I could skip additional moisturizer altogether. I think this would work on oily skin too, it doesn't feel greasy or sticky at all.

I hope it's authentic because I don't know why I received the damaged bottle. The label was ripped and so dirty.

I just started using the product today, but it is mischaracterized as a lotion. It has the consistency of a toner or serum.
