Well, it does not cool your back but yes, it cools your neck and face, bit noisy I suppose and vibratty.

Cheap plastic
Delivered a different color, a green one instead of white. Also the quality of plastic ( body) is very poor. But fan is working

I don't like it, very noisy, no air coming from the neck part and the air is less than i expected. i don't advice this product. if your in menopause purchase a good one.

Disappointed!!!!
Hi. Wanted to tell you that I ordered these 2 shoulder fans and the first order came without the charger of its fan and the second fan was of white color though I ordered dark green. I applied for return and exchange of both products but it has no return policy. Pathetic service. Would never recommend to buy this
