It does NOT comes with a stand. You only get the snare.

Probably China, that’s why it’s got a seam and is only $200. However, it is a GREAT snare, I am in love with mine. If you like deep, phat crack at a medium to high tuning this bad boy will set you straight. If you tune it low it’s a cannon!

The specs say its 5lbs. But probably alittle more depending on what type of heads, & snare wires.
