Phone doesn’t stay in place
Unfortunately I can’t use it because even when tightening, the adjustment bracket still rotates and my phone doesn’t stay upright

With my old rig my phone once fell off and got stuck under my brake pedal. Guess what happened after I got out of the hospital? I bought this new rig. Works great!!!

The only complaint I've got about this is that it won't hold my phone in the cradle without it falling. No matter how tight I make it. It just won't stop falling. Needs some small adjustments to make this a great product

This thing is hard core! Very sturdy built with all metal parts. Hold position well after you tighten down the screws. I like having options on where I can place it in my jeep. This is going to last a long time!

Clamp only barely fits over the glove box grab bar and it left a mark on the rubber. Would fit fine on the A-Pillar grab handle The arm is not very secure but is workable. The actual phone holder works great. Fits my Pixel 7a w/ DBrand case great with a slight modification to the one rubber pad to avoid pressing the volume button. I used the arm and phone holder but replaced the clamp with this ->https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07KF6D33J

So after a few weeks if use here are my thoughts on this mount. First I installed it in a 2015 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited Rubicon. First on my driver's side aftermarket grab handle mounted in the A pillar. Then on the passenger front center grab bar. The A pillar grab handle was my preferred place but it took up so much area that it was blocking my side view in the front window. So sadly I had to move it to the front grab handle in front of the passenger. This was ok, a little too far away but not horrible. Let's move on to the mounting, a few thoughts, first I used Blue loctite for the ball joint screws to keep them from backing out. I just couldn't get them tight enough using the thumb screws. They just kept unscrewing. Next is the knurling on the end of the ball could be a little better or no paint inside the joint. I find that they spin slightly after a little bit of use. Lastly, the little pads that they use inside the clamp the glue let's go after so long in the sun and now it's sliding off. If the knurling and the pad could be improved on, I think it would be a great product for off-road use. This is more for on road use.
