It seems that the last 2 units I purchased keep turning off, or freezing up. Is there a windows app for me to check/upgrade the firmware?

There might two reason of keeping truning off. 1.As windows 10 is always updating,the new updated graphic card driver may not compatible for the former version,in this case,you are welcome to contact our customer service to get the proper graphic drivers. 2.when the mini pc is runing multiple heavy tasks or connets overloaded devices,as it's power supply is only 5V 3A,the mini pc will turn off when in insufficient power supply.

After upgrading to windows 11 should windows subsystem for android run? when looking for amazon app store it is unavailable.
