Capstone Games: Orleans, Strategy Board Game, Collect Tokens to Customize Your Strategy, Multiple Paths to Victory, 2 to 5 Players, Ages and 12 Up

Great Euro-style game that combines a deck-building mechanic (it's actually adding and drawing chits from a bag, but the same idea) with worker placement. It's among my favorite Euros.

It offers a development system for your action selection and turn achievement over time that progresses in a satisfying manner. Winning feels worthwhile, and losing makes you want another go to adjust your strategy. The Trade & Intrigue expansion bolsters up its weak points while also turning a good culling mechanic into a great one (getting rid of those weak followers to make room for the strong ones is so rewarding). Some late game turns can be excitingly fun when you get all the right pieces to combo your moves, while most turns have a more serious, thoughtful tone. A solid game overall.

It’s a great game works for casual gamers and pros, has a mixture of mechanisms that fit together smoothly but some of the wooden components were deformed like a cube was half the size of the rest .. the box was damaged …no missing parts but extra parts in some but not all of the player components… works with 2 players but played best at 4

Contents of game fine but box clearly very used. Super disappointing as planned this to be a gift!

Great game - very entertaining, great mechanics, beautiful art! But came with missing pieces ( one blue cube and one green house meeple were not included in the box). And box got moderate damage during shipping ((

Divertido y familiar al ser para cinco jugadores. Alta rejugabilidad y ligero. Algo para mejorar son tantos componentes de cartón (losetas). Muchos tachan de malo el gráfico del juego sin embargo en mi opinión al ser un juego ambientado en la Edad Media el arte es atinado.

Este juego se ha convertido en un clásico por la combinación de mecánicas que tiene sin que ninguna afecte demasiado a las otras. Es uno de los favoritos y toda persona que lo juega lo busca. Altamente recomendado para cualquier colección.
