I recently ordered the English File 4th Edition Elementary Book from Amazon, and unfortunately, the product I received does not match the description or images provided on the website. The listing shows a high-quality color version of the book, but the one I received is entirely in black and white, with very poor paper quality that feels like a low-quality photocopy.This is a significant mismatch between what was advertised and what was delivered, raising concerns about the authenticity of the product. I was expecting a professionally printed book, but this is far below standard.Due to these discrepancies, I cannot recommend this product to other buyers. I hope the seller addresses these issues to prevent further disappointment for future customers.
