These are a terrific addition to the daily routine for me. As an older woman I really notice the difference. I also take the over 60 version from them which is another must thave for me. The additionof this Women's version targets issues that a lot of older woman have. I highly recommend.

Really love this probiotic, it is helping my flora rebalance; I use it orally and vaginally in a veg suppository capsule. I love that there is a 2 month serving in 1 bottle. I will definitely be ordering more. Thank you B.E. Jordan for the recommendation (read her book: Me, a Tree, and BV)!

Love these probiotics as they helped to get my microbiome back to a healthy condition! I’ve learned that lots of lady issues stem from having an imbalance in healthy bacteria and this probiotic has all the good vag. specific lactobacilli that my practitioner in NZ recommended (most brands do not)! I’ve taken this orally as well as internally by swapping out the capsule for a veg. capsule. Love this brand and will continue to purchase.

This was a decent probiotic. I have used others that are work better and are cheaper.

These probiotics changed my vaginal microbiome!! I have been taking these probiotics for almost one month now, & I have not had another yeast infection or BV flare up happen since! I was SO prone to getting both BV and YI so much so that my doctors were struggling with how to treat it. I came upon this product as a member of the Facebook group "Beyond BV" and was recommended to try these, and I was skeptical at first, but SO blown away. Although I do only take these orally, it is also verified to be taken vaginally as a suppository. Highly highly recommend these for all girls dealing with recurring BV or yeast infections.

This is my favourite probiotic. I find it excellent quality. I use this to help prevent utis, and it is effective. Highly recommend for menopausal women wanting to improve their microbiome.

After about a year of taking qiara, and constantly battling with out of stocks (and the very high price), I'm so happy I found this brand. The tablets are so much more convenient than powder, more affordable, and I prefer that it includes more probiotics and vitamins than the competition. Interestingly I was speaking to a lactation consultant soon after I started using the Lifespace tablets and she said she recommends them too.

Works as intended, great quality probiotics

I take this probiotic as a preventative since I’m prone to mastitis… Since taking I haven’t had any flareups. it’s a great cheaper alternative to the Qiara probiotic sachets… same active ingredient. very happy
