This stuff is amazing!
This cleaner is amazing. Durning C19 I had purchased a printer to work from home with. It never printed right. I tried everything I knew to clean the print head… well a few years later I am declutterring and find this printer. I decided to try this kit. It works beautifully. And I get to keep using this printer for much longer.

Easy to use
We ordered this to try and clean the print heads on my HP DeskJet 8600 that suddenly started having an error for the yellow print head. All advice suggested that it was clogged because the print had been left turned off while I was on vacation for a week. Using the product was easy and came with multiple sets of plastic gloves. After using the whole bottle rinsing the printer head and allowing it to fully dry, the printer still had the same error. It is over 11 years old so was not terribly surprised it did not work. Oh well.

Good Solution
Good cleaner for printer head, however, it was a little messy (wear gloves) from the ink heads…

HP OfficeJet Pro 7720 is back in order - highly recommend
HP 7720 was printing with blurred lines and distorted colors after sitting and using off-brand ink. Purchased very affordable this kit and went to work. You'll need gloves and paper towel. The gloves in the kit don't fit men with large hands (and other extremities :)) I removed the printhead from the printer (very easy and necessary). I used a paint roller plastic liner and it was perfect for size and throw away cost. None of the cleaning attachments are needed for the 7720 print head. I simply drew a syringe full and shot it directly into each color jet of the print head. I repeated the process three times, wiped everything clean (circuit board and bottom), and let it dry for about 4 hours. Reinstalled everything (printhead and ink) and the printer proceeded to perform maintenance and align the printhead. Then the printer indicated I was out of ink and refused to play. I sincerely gutted the old ink from the printhead. It refused to print anything and I was stuck. I shut it down and then restarted. BAM! It aligned the printhead again, printed a test sheet with success. I printed a very colorful document and it was FLAWLESS. Highly recommend!

Ultimately worked on bad clogs with tweaked directions
Ultimately worked for me, but the directions included with the kit needed some adjustments on my part to get a good result.Used this cleaning kit on an Epson Workforce WF-7610, which had sat unused for far too long. I suspected the ink cartridges were not to blame, as they had just been replaced with new. Seemed far more likely print head nozzles had become clogged up with dried up ink from insufficient use.As others have noted, no blotting paper in the kit. I used a half sheet of good quality (unnamed) paper towel folded up and placed under the ink cartridge caddy to soak up any ink and cleaning fluid spillage, which worked very well. On this printer, after removing the ink cartridges, I was able to connect the included syringe and attached flexible tube directly and easily to the print nozzle heads without need for any of the other attachments included in the kit. Squirted in 1 cc of cleaner fluid in each nozzle head. Waited 30 minutes to let the cleaner do its thing, as print head nozzles seemed so badly clogged. Repeated as the directions instruct. Removed now soaked and inky paper towel. Carefully and gently wiped up areas that had been in contact with the soaked paper towel. Reloaded ink cartridges and fired up the printer's nozzle check utility. Slightly better at first, but lines were still either skipping far to much or not printing at all. Waited a day and repeated the process. Worse. Nozzle checks now only printed blank sheets. Repeated the whole procedure from the start later that day, but no improvement. No printout at all. Decided to wait another day to try one last time before deciding whether or not to chuck the printer.Repeated whole process the next day, but did not reinstall the ink cartridges or run the print nozzle check. I did this to flush out the nozzles before taking a different tack relating to the syringe and its contents. The following day, I set up a clean paper towel as a blotter under the cartridge as before. This time though, I went offscript a bit before proceeding. I pushed the plunger all the way down on the empty syringe. Then attached the syringe and empty tubing to the first print nozzle head and pulled the plunger up, trying to suck out any residue remained inside. Syringe filled with a bit of colored inky foam. Then removed the syringe from the print nozzle head and disposed of the syringe contents in a sink. Repeated process for each nozzle. Next step was to heat the cleaning solution (uncapped) in a microwave for 15 seconds on regular power. Squirted in 1 cc of cleaner fluid in each nozzle head as before (but now a heated solution). Waited 30 minutes. Repeated (including heating the cleaner and a 30 minute wait). Removed the paper towel. Installed a clean folded up paper under the caddy. Did the empty syringe suck business once more to remove any remaining cleaner and ink residue from each nozzle. Removed the paper towel, and carefully wiped up area beneath in case any moisture remained. Used a fan to blow across the printer insides for another half hour to ensure all inside was dry. Reinstalled the ink cartridges and ran the nozzle check. SUCCESS! Printing as good as new again.<edit> Downside however is the process tends to go through a LOT of ink. New cartridges were practically empty after all my multiple attempts to get the nozzles flowing well again. Of course your mileage may vary. Just be forewarned it's a complete gamble whether this product will work for you or not, as the included disclaimers in the instructions make clear. </edit>

Works great! Would recommend
I had a printer with ink, the dried on the printheads. I tried almost everything to clean it off so that the printer would work again. Nothing worked until I tried this. Would highly recommend it

This will break your printer
I followed the directions and it turned out very well as you can see by photo 3, by doing a printer nozzle check. There were still some missing lines so I followed the printer instructions to clean the nozzle heads. This is where everything went wrong and you can tell by photos 1 and 2. Now, when I do a printer nozzle check, the printer turns off and will not function properly anymore. This company owes me a new printer. This cleaning solution is crap.Update on 1/15/25: I thought I would give my printer a few days to have everything dry out. I pressed the power button and the blue light illuminated for a few seconds and then went out. I unplugged the power cord, waited a little bit, plugged it back in, pressed the power button again, which only illuminated for a few seconds, and then went out. Now, I can't even turn on my printer. This company should not be allowed to sell this cleaning product because now I have to throw my printer away and get a new one. Irresponsible company.
