I’ve used Chlorella and Spirulina before. IMO they are really beneficial to the body. I think they even call them a super food. Just one tablet contains LOTS of benefit for you. They were super easy to swallow. They smelled a little bit like you would expect a “green vegetable” should smell. There’s not really much flavor, but I just swallowed quickly. These are really HIGH QUALITY and I think I Got a really good deal. I recommend that you READ WHAT THE SELLER SENDS ABOUT DOSAGE/SERVING SIZE!!! One serving is 8, BUT that’s not for the average Jane, like me. The seller provided a lot more information about the product dosages after my purchase. I’m just try to be patient and see what regular doses can do for my body. I have high hopes, AND a seller that’s really easy to contact with any questions. I had to get a picture of the ingredients because there are ONLY TWO!!!

It helps me and my baby to stay nourished! I’m a breastfeeding mum, so chlorella & spirulina tablets help me & my baby girl to get all nutrient we need. These are super tiny tablets, thanks God so it’s easy to swallow. I’ve started with just 5 tablets as it said in a user guide I’ve got from Wizelephant when I bought the product. I’ll increase my intake gradually to get used to it. I have read it supposed to remove toxins from my body to maximize the quality of breast milk and reduce my baby’s tummy bloating. So far so good. I think my sleep got better and I have much more energy to do stuff even though I have to be up a few times a night to feed my girl. I bought powder and tablets to try both.

If you read or follow my reviews you will recall I did one on a pomegranate supplement I took at night for stomach pains that worked well and still does. As far as the night goes. When I woke up in the mornings my stomach began to hurt and even that did not help. (as you read this you will see why) As strange as it may be the only thing that helped was eating pickles and even better was drinking the pickle juice. And no I am not pregnant. So the pickle juice basically was equating to my body wanting vinegar! No joke I was buying 2 or 3 bottles a week and it was the first thing I went to in the am to help my stomach. After reading online the conclusion I came to was my ph was off. Only thing I can think of is I have been on a diet for a few years and finally reached my goal which was all together a 40 pound weight loss. My friend told me about these and said they help ph and get the blood back to an alkaline state. My ears perked up and I rushed home to order and IT WORKED ! It worked perfectly ! Honest ! Not only do I now have a whole cabinet of pickles I do not need, but I feel better too all through out the day. Especially when I eat. My same friend says she keep some on hand so anytime she eats something that upsets her stomach she takes these and problem solved. She did not tell me how many she takes but I keep a bunch in my purse now ! I was worried with the dose being 15 it would take forever to swallow all these. But see my pictures and you see how small that is and you cant see they are very thin too! That is 15 in the palm of my hand that I can easily take with two swallows of water! SO yes I am beyond happy with these. To tell you the truth I was worried about needing to drink vinegar everyday. Now that's in the past and I feel so much better through out the day ! I have been taking supplements for years, these little green pills are magical, my body reacts well to them. My energy levels are slightly elevated throughout the day without draining my adrenals. I found them very helpful when I visited Colorado , lessening the impact of elevation changes on my body. I also find they work well if I'm going out for a few drinks with friends, they lessen the impact of alcohol by detoxifying and maintaining the liver enzyme balance. I do recommend taking a break if you take these for more than 6 weeks at time.

I can feel the difference within an hour of taking these awesome tablets...I was dealing with anxiety. I know, this formula might not have anything to do with preventing or controlling anxiety, not directly, ie.......but I read that anxiety is often caused from being in a state of acidosis...lactic acid buildup in the body...which can lead to muscle aches and also anxiety. I can tell when I'm reaching the point of acidosis because my breathing is shallow and my heart starts racing..... I've tried many different green powders to no avail. Now when I'm feeling a little anxious, I just suck on a small handful of these pills...maybe 8 of them and allow them to melt in my mouth. By the time they've melted down, I feel better...calmer...which tells me I'm not acidic as I was before. I've also tested my saliva's ph when I feel calmer, and sure enough, I show high alkalinity. I don't want to ever be without these little gems... I always keep some with me in a little baggie...You never know when you need to feel relaxed, and raise alkalinity. Truly, these work well!

These taste horrendous and difficult to chew and swallow. I read other reviews before buying and some made it sound like you can just chew them. I will just buy the powder again for making a drink.
