Excellent quality coffee beans! I absolutely love the aroma. it’s so rich and inviting. The taste is exquisite, smooth, and full of flavor. Since switching to these beans, I haven’t had any issues with my stomach, which makes me appreciate them even more. I enjoy using them for both hot and cold drinks, and they never disappoint. Every cup feels like a treat! Definitely worth every penny I highly recommend it to all coffee lovers.

Great dark roast coffee, a little stronger than the Costa Rican.

One of my favorite coffee regions is Latin America. This tastes great, smooth, perfect medium roast, low acidity, aroma is elightening. This was a good organic, toxin and mold free find. Pricy if your used to buying regular coffee from the grocery store, but this is worth it!

This coffee probably need special or specific preparation methods, because I'm having a hard time in my mini espresso machine. It have been or either very dark even when it is medium or a floral taste like lavender which I don't like. I'm using the whole beans and it could be also the grinding. I'll keep trying to get a good result with it until the bag gets empty.

I purchased this coffee because of the special Smithsonian Bird Friendly Habitat certification but I will continue to purchase it because it makes a wonderful cup of coffee. The Smithsonian Bird Friendly Habitat certification guarantees that every bean comes from a plantation that has to meet strict criteria and the farmers have to be recertified every three years to make sure they are continuing to meet the strict requirements. Unfortunately a lot of coffee plantations clear cut tropical forests that are critical for bird species. Approximately 250 species of birds in North America migrate each winter to Mexico and Central and South America and are dependent upon the rain forest areas for their survival. This certification helps encourage farmers to protect the environment for the birds. Some "bird friendly" certifications require just a percentage of the beans be certified, but this Smithsonian certification requires every bean to be organic and meet the strict environmental criteria. This coffee is a full pound per bag and has a sticker as to when it was roasted and each time I have purchased it, the beans have been recently roasted. It makes a wonderful aromatic medium roast cup of coffee and it is much less acidic than other coffees I have tried. I have problems with coffee causing me problems if it's too acidic and this one does not bother me. I highly recommend this coffee and would encourage others to try it and be conscientious of the bigger picture of how their coffee is grown.
