I ordered these really nice Japanese long chop sticks. I use them for scrambling eggs and sautéing vegetables. The length makes it easy to cook with these while preventing burns. They are well made and I will use them for a long time. I recommend them!

I don’t know why companies started putting grooves on chopsticks, especially those designed for cooking. I guess I must have missed the grooves in the picture or description. I promptly took my dremel with a cutting wheel and removed them. I would not buy these again and don’t recommend them.
