The black is the strongest.

This is thicker and relatively much stronger than the blue version, which is supposed to be a level below this one.

I have tried these bands before, both in black and blue (special and extra heavy). However, the one I got (black-special heavy) does not seem to have the same resistance as experienced with the ones bought in the form of a longer roll.
