The memory foam sole was crackly. I understand sometimes there may be a defect in products. When I returned the shoes i just received from this seller, the seller charged me $5.00 for the return shipping. I was very disappointed that I had to pay return shipping for a defective product. I own the same brand of shoes in black and I love them, which I purchased somewhere else. These are normally an awesome and comfortable shoe.
