Not sure what more you could want...
I've only had this for a few weeks so I can't report on long-term durability, but I gotta say that my initial impressions have all been positive. It's very nicely finished (though it arrives covered in an adhesive plastic, which leaves a residue. Remove it with an alcohol-soaked cotton pad, immediately followed by a damp rag) Control knobs have a nice heft to them with very positive clicks between settings. Motors are indeed quiet enough to sleep in the same room if you have the cover closed. The light cream interior is perfect for showcasing your watches. I will say that the "pillows" are on the small side with the ones in the winders being a little larger, but if you don't have smaller wrists like I do and particularly if you have some heavier watches you may experience some flopping around while winding. You may be able to wedge something else inside the band to tighten it up. If you want to turn this on and leave it indefinitely I would highly recommend setting #4, which is winding for 3 hrs then off for 9. Your mainspring needs a rest period and this setting keeps my 3 better-quality automatics wound very well. I have a Seiko automatic that seems to need a bit more. You can spend literally thousands on a winder and hundreds seems to be the norm, so I didn't expect to like this one nearly as much as I do, but so far, I'm really struggling to figure out why I'd spend more.

Beautifully made
Eye-catching piece that works well and is pretty quiet when the motors are turning. Very functional for what it was intended for. I also own their 6-watch winder with storage for 6 more watches below and it is just as nice. This one has storage for 9 watches and winders for 4 watches. Great buy at the price I paid even had a coupon for an additional discount. Very pleased with my purchase.

After two years - noise level significantly higher
So this worked great for about two years. It's eye catching, and it kept my watches wound. My only initial complaint was the cushions for the watches really didn't fit well into the winder. if you have a heavy watch, it does not sit snuggly and could rock in and out. I found a couple hacks around this but it was an inconvenience to be sure. Now after two years, the winding mechanism has grown increasingly louder. So much so that I've actually found myself unable to fall asleep or it has woken me up as it kicked on in the middle of the night. I've tried applying lubricant underneath the rotating component, but there really is no easy way to get to the moving parts (probably in an effort to insulate as much sound as possible). So that hasn't proven effective at all.And for $150+, I expect the device to last more than 2 years. Really disappointing. In fact as I write this, I can hear the motor loud and clear from about 8 feet away, while music plays from my laptop.

Elegant enclosure that's beautifully finished and polished
Elegant enclosure that's beautifully finished and polished. The interior is designed well and accomodates multiple watches. The motors that drive the winder are very quiet and you can barely hear it working. Great buy for the money!Update: 1/21/2020After roughly three years of operation my watch winder motors stopped working. I contacted JQueen by way of Amazon and reported the issue. Within 30 minutes of reporting my issue JQueen responded and further inquired about my service request. I explained that my motors stopped working and JQueen without hesitation shipped 2 replacement motors. Vivian of JQueen provided exceptional service and stayed in constant communication until my problem was resolved. My winder was clearly out of warranty and JQueen took care of my service request with no questions ask! JQueen is a company the stands by their product and takes care of their customers. Thanks JQueen for making me a raving fan!

The hinge fell apart in 3 days
First the pros: The box looks good and runs silent. The cons: The screws holding the hinge to the cover have completely fallen out after 3 days of use. I had only opened the box a handful of times in those 3 days. The left watch winder arrived broken as well. One of the clips holding in the cushions was broken off and missing completely, causing the left winder to be unstable. Finally, the pillows are too small for any of my watches without adjusting the strap. You should not have a problem if you have small wrists. Also, not a huge problem but the lock on the box is very flimsy and the key is very wobbly and not satisfying to use.

Beautiful
I ordered this product 3 times before getting one that wasn't cracked or scratched up. I will say, even after a delay in shipping, this product is beautiful. It's way quieter than our last winder and that is a even bigger plus!!

Reasonable price for a quality product
There were reviews that indicated the motors started failing in less than a year so I was hesitant to buy. However, the price was reasonable so I purchased one anyway. It's been over a year, and I have not had an issue yet. I can store 4 in the winding section and any extra watches in the top area. There is also a drawer for additional storage. The options to switch the winding direction and timing makes this purchase worthwhile. I have not had a need to utilize batteries as my electricity access has been stable.UPDATE: Still working as of 2020. It has lasted a lot longer than I expected. I don't have to check on it as I hear the motors rotating on schedule. It is a subtle noise but reminds me that the Watch Winder is still working.

After 2-year review, You get what you pay for. (UPDATE)
I am here to confirm Jqueen stands by their products. I received a replacement winder and it was a fast process! thank you for fantastic customer service!!Its been 2 years since my purchase and one side quit working and the other side not far behind. It's held up very nicely cosmetically and still looks very elegant in my "man cave" In fairness I was expecting the motors to fail given the price, but not after only 2-years. If you want a watch winder that will turn into a watch case after a couple of years this is for you. I will definitely spend more money on more durable winder in the future.
