I use this digital measuring device everyday for my job. The battery life is brilliant and lasts weeks. The device pairs with your phone via an app which is extremely easy to use however with the on screen display there is no need for the app. The device is different from the others on the market and my customers always comment how good it looks. The measurements themselves are always accurate. With its small size it’s very easy to carry around and fits inside my trouser/jacket pocket, the screen is clear, bright and easy to read. I have found this to be great value for money and would highly recommend.

Wow, its tiny, brilliant device which we recently used all morning when checking out the suitability of a number of car boots to see if they could accommodate our motorised wheelchair. We even had comments on how easy it was to use compared to old school tape measures. The best feature for me is its one handed use, leaving the other hand for writing in you happen to be on your own. I just wish we'd got one sooner and I love how the Mi Home integration is super easy to setup. The only thing missing is a storage case, luckily I had the one pictured which used to have a go pro in it available and its a perfect size for this device.

Works well and ideal and small enough to keep in your pocket all day, the app has a room measuring feature that puts makes a scratch of the room using the measurements if you’re into that sort of thing. Small display is very clear and once figured out is quite easy to read Bluetooth link to the phone is via an app but again it linked very well and we were soon measuring everything we could. Downside is it doesn’t give you a live reading while the laser dot is showing, once you got it where it needs to be you have to press the button to lock that measurement in and view it which makes it quite fiddly if working one handed Hope this review helps someone make a choice on this item

The Android phone software keeps nagging you for access to your phone contacts. It is like very bad spyware. You should be very careful if you dare to install it on your own phone and preferably do not use it and send it back for a refund. Do not allow children or vulnerable adults to use the software let alone the device because it will seriously compromise their online safety. This is one for the police or the ICO to sort out and i am not kidding, the software will persist until it has finally got your personal information and sent it who-knows-where. Probably China i guess. The software is also functionally bad. The Bluetooth scanner will only pick up the device if you set your region to Germany. It does record the device's measurements but the naming and cataloging feature is worse than useless. There is no data export feature so just forget the software and use a pencil and paper instead. Truly awful. You are better off with a simple device that just stores the data rather than relying on your phone. I actually feel violated by this device's software and am not at all happy right now. It is going back to Amazon. I hope they destroy the lot of them or hand them over to the police.

It’s actually really accurate. Possibly a bit too small and easy to loose, but no good in your pocket as it’s easily turned on and then battery just drains. Could do with a separate on/off switch to stop it draining the battery in your pocket

Lovely laser. Use it all the time. Battery is good and also doubles as a good cat toy You can within the Xiaomi app create maps and measurements, super useful

I've never owned a digital measure before so I've nothing to compare this product to. That being said it works perfectly, is easy to use and gives accurate results. It appears well made, its small and compact.

Excelente o produto, leve e cumpre o prometido. A função de puxar para o app no celular facilita muito pelo fato de nao precisar ficar carregando folha para anotar. Somente para ambientes externos que nao funciona direito pelo fato de ser laser e com o sol forte ele nao pega longe. Mas recomendo sem dúvida a trena

Got this as a gift for my brother. Very useful and quite accurate. We used it to measure out the dimensions of a industrial shop - came in handy for long distances. More effective than a floppy tale measurer for big rooms. Elegant too, fits in your pocket

Super handy to take measurements with. Only slight downside is the software/app you have to use if you wish to store the measurements seamlessly. You have to use the app Xiaomi Home, which I'm honestly not a fan of when it comes to using this laser measurer. The app isn't dedicated to the device, so you have to jump through a few hoops to get it going. Just wish that was done better.
