A quality refurb
The laptop works like a dream, it has been very well refurbished. All the inner workings are new and running smoothly, and the casing is in very good condition. Additionally, delivery from the company was swift and all communication clear and concise.

Not excellent condition, sent wrong charger, letter on the keyboard is not working
I just opened the box, excited to use the laptop. To my surprise, they sent the wrong charger, and the number 3 key on the keyboard doesn’t work. Additionally, the laptop has scratches and a slight dent. This level of poor quality and negligence makes it seem as if the device was carelessly thrown into a box with a charger that was tacked on without proper inspection.
