Firm and soft at the same time, and full to the point that you will feel that on the first day I did not sleep from it compared to the bad pillow that I had, which was very thin. And since the second day, I have been sleeping on it very beautifully and I loved it very much. Advice: Do not sleep directly on it because its outer fabric is not soft on the face.
