A friend recommended this tea it dissolves completely when added to tea, coffee or just hot water. Nice flavour and has definitely helped with keeping colds/sore throat away.

It's really beneficial. Works faster I only used 2 sachet and felt better, specially works well if you have cough.

I was originally given a few of these to try by a taxi driver friend of mine as I have various health issues. I now use one in the morning and one at night so they are excellent value for money for the difference they make (especially compared to over the counter items which cost more and do less. He pays £2 for 5 which I thought wasn't a bad price so finding these was a bargain. The same brand and good quality but better value for money. I add them to a coffee in the morning and my evening herbal tea and the only difference it makes is a slight, but very pleasant, fruity taste. Definitely recommend these!!! I sincerely wouldn't go a day without this at all, it has made such a difference to my quality of life!
