This ointment help me so much after I had surgery and couldn’t get up to go to the bathroom. I had to wear pampers.It doesn’t bother my skin.

Great clean smell without irritations. Works for preventing chaffing in sports or rough noses from tissues too. Great for allergic dermatitis type skin as well. Smooths skin nicely and no burning sensations.

I bought this product after my dermatologist suggested that I should try something like it for a small spot he had frozen on my face.I was amazed at how it instantly protected and healed the spot! Whatever was left behind when I was applying it I rubbed into both of my hands.Balmex would be great for your babies as well. A little truly does go a long way!I love this. It has a gentle scent and it really works. I will never be without it now.

Someone gifted this to me at my baby shower. I’ve reordered the 2 pack 4 times in the last 18 months! I apply this at each diaper change to prevent any rash. I’ve also applied it directly onto a rash. We switched diaper brands and my toddler was very irritated and broken out. After applying once It had started to clear up by the next diaper change. It has the smell and feel of pure Vaseline. It doesn’t take a large amount to coat the whole area. It stays on and doesn’t rub off between changes.

This is one of the few baby products I’ve conpletely finished and purchased again - and since Babies R Us, the only local place I could buy it, closed, I was pleasantly surprised to see that Amazon had it for a fair price. I don’t think this would be effective for truly severe diaper rash since it lacks zinc oxide, but for mild diaper rash and as an all-purpose boo-boo fixer for a fussy 3-year-old, it works well. I like the clear application and smoother feeling than plain petroleum jelly, plus the mild baby-powder scent. I’ve even used it as an anti-chafe/lip balm for myself on winter runs and it’s worked for that too. 4 stars only for difficulty of locating it plus the relatively small size, the only option available.

I have tried every diaper rash cream known to man and nothing works like balmex clear ointment. My daughter had a diaper rash that developed overnight and it was so sore. After only one application I could see a tremendous improvement. This stuff is literally a miracle ointment after a couple diaper changes it was completely gone. My mom had some chaffing in between her thighs I used some of this on her and it was gone the Next day! I swear by this stuff!
