I’ve been using the Universal 4.75 Quart / 4.5 Liter Pressure Cooker for a little while now, and it has quickly become one of my favorite kitchen tools. The size is perfect for small families or 4–5 servings, and it heats up fast thanks to its aluminum construction. The even heat distribution really makes a difference—everything cooks evenly without hot spots. The build quality is impressive for the price. It has a durable, anti-rust finish, and the pot feels sturdy without being too heavy. The 9.4-inch diameter gives you plenty of room, and at 8 inches tall, it fits easily on the stovetop and in cabinets. It seals tightly, builds pressure quickly, and releases just as smoothly. I’ve made stews, beans, shredded chicken, and even rice in it—all turned out tender and cooked in a fraction of the usual time. Cleanup is simple too. Works. Not high end. Not very big. But it does the job for small canning batches.
Works pretty well but after about 6 uses my gasket stretched out so badly I can’t use it. I have just reached out to the seller for a replacement. Will update review after I hear back.
