The vitamin C tablets taste good and pack a lot of vitamin C into one tablet - good value for the money too.

I’m not qualified to judge the efficacy based on Scientific facts. My experience was that I took 3,000 mg of these everyday and I didn’t get a cold virus when everyone else around me did. My husband who never gets sick (literally one cold in 14 years) got a cold/virus and I never got it. I started getting him to take it, and his cold is out improving. My very picky daughter doesn’t like the flavor, so I cut them in quarters (they are large tablets) so she can swallow them.Also, the price is the best I have found for a quality Vitamin C chewable.My only critique is that they are a little bitter and acidic, but I think that’s probably because they aren’t loaded with added sugar-so it’s probably a good thing. I just make sure to have a glass of water handy when I take them.I would recommend these to everyone that doesn’t like getting sick.

These are a little tart tasting, and kind of taste more like lemon than orange, but they are fine. I will continue to purchase these, as I prefer a chewable tablet. The jar is a very lightweight plastic.

The front of the package says in large type 1000mg. Leading you to think these are 1000mg tablets. Small type says per serving. And the info on the back of the bottle says it’s two pills per serving. So buyer beware. And the taste is not good.
