This cover fit my full futon mattress to a tee with the deep pockets of 8". I am tickled that it fit, because I altered the mattress itself. Since I have dogs, they chewed up the corners. So I put a 4-in foam at the bottom of the futon mattress and a 4-in foam on top of the futon mattress. I also added a mattress protector to protect the foam. Then I put this full size futon mattress cover on top. I love how it's so soft and hopefully the dogs will not be able to put holes in it with their claws. Time will tell. An awesome cover for the price.

This is a nice futon cover. I am using it on a very, very old but good quality futon that has served as my bed on and off and also as a great bed for tent camping. The futon itself is only about four inches thick so I was worried that it would be too loose, but it fits pretty good. Seems like an 8 inch futon would be kind of tight. Its only mildly suede-like. I washed it once after I decided to keep it. These are 100 polyester so I don’t believe they would shrink. The zippers do seem a bit small, inexpensive, I hope they will last as long as the cover. These zippered covers are only a little bit more expensive than the cheaper elastic futon covers, but the quality seems much greater. I’m glad I went with this. The brown color is very dark brown. Got it extremely quick with Amazon Prime.

This is just how I imagined! It looks awesome! I put it on right away when it was delivered. I didn't wash it. It's beautiful! This is top-notch quality! Worth every penny! I bought the chocolate brown color which looks so good! It is a beautiful suede velvety material which I think adds more class than other fabrics. This one is a complete zipper cover for a full futon which I think is just a standard size futon. The entire futon is zipped inside which is highly ideal. There is another one that at first glance appears to be like this one with the same picture for about maybe $5 less but it is just an elastic top cover like a bottom sheet would fit. Don't get confused between the two and swayed by the cheaper one like I ALMOST did because you'll be disappointed with the other one if this one is what you really want. I almost accidentally bought the other one until I started really reading the description and comments. I wanted this one listed here, a complete zipper cover, because my futon is well used and this way it becomes a brand new futon with the unsitely futon completely enclosed inside! And it won't fall off or come loose like the elastic top cover probably would. I am just over-joyed how this looks! We put our futon in the living room to use as an extra couch and bed for company. And this zipper cover makes it look so nice! I bought a 2 pack (packaged together) of Mainstay (Walmart brand) pillows from Walmart for about $15 and put them on each side, and WOW, it looks nice! Don't go cheap and buy a different one just because it is cheaper. This one is tried and true! I bought this one for $45.99, and it was all worth it! I'm so proud of my futon now, where as before, I was embarrassed for anyone to see it. I love this cover. I was undecided for a week or so between this cover and another style of cover, but I went with this one and I am glad that I did. It fits the full futon mattress well. I had no trouble putting it on by myself after washing it and drying it in the machine. It has a softness to it, but also feels durable. We got the mattress for free from a neighbor and it looks like a new piece of furniture with this cover on it.

One thing I kept noticing when reading reviews is that no one actually post the dimensions of their mattress. Apparently not all "Full" sized mattresses are the same. So I measured mine. It is 75" x 51" x 7.5"(thick). I immediately washed the cover when I pulled it out of the bag. I read many people state that it needs to be washed so it does not bleed. I washed it in cold on regular cycle, then tumbled dried on delicate heat. It sat in the dryer overnight. I was amazed to see that it had zero wrinkles when I pulled it out. No damage was suffered in the wash and the cover came out extremely soft. I left my old cover on since I did not want to deal with the messy mattress inside. The thickness was right on the money. The width I had to force the mattress to tuck in a bit, but no biggie. You just need to use some muscle to get it tucked in. Once the cover is on, it stretches to the size of the mattress. This futon serves as a couch in my workshop. It appears that it will hold up well to my 7 year old also. When putting the cover in, I can see it would be much easier to do with 2 people, especially if your a smaller woman. If doing it by yourself, you'll have to man handle it a bit to get it on. My mattress is a good 45 pounds of dead weight. EDIT: It's now May 4th 2016. This cover is still holding up well. Someone threw up on it and I had to wash it. No problem. It held out well in the washer and dryer. No fading or wrinkles at all.

I rarely write reviews. But for this one, I had to. The texture, the quality and the thickness is everything. I was afraid about the thickness due to price. But it looks stunning!

Arrived promptly and despite a nonsensical size information, fitted perfectly. Material is durable and thick as well as warm and comfortable. Amazon need to improve their response to clearly incorrect product information. I very nearly did not buy this as the dimensions given would not have covered a pillow.

This fit perfectly on the twin mattress daybed we use in our kids playroom as a couch and for occasional sleepovers. A good snug fit that gives it more of a couch feel than trying to keep bedding tucked in and looking tidy. You might need an extra set of hands to manoeuvre the mattress when putting it on. The zipper seems sturdy and slid easily. I gave it quick was a dried on a cool setting before putting it on and the material washed well. Glad I found this cover. A great solution at a great price.

I hummed and hawed over buying this... and finally pulled the trigger. I purchased one of those 3 sided stretch covers first from Amazon that you slip over your futon. Pain in the a$$. I don't recommend that style as they just don't stay put. It was driving me crazy and I was going to buy the fabric and have a seamstress put it together for me but that was going to be over 200.00 bucks. I read reviews and even though most were positive some had put me off. I finally had enough of the old cover and decided to take the risk and I'm glad I did. 1. Some say the chocolate brown colour is way off. In my pic it does look a little more camel but that's just the lighting. It is brown and have no complaints. 2. The fabric was much heavier duty then expected for that price point. I've only had it a month, so I can't speak to longevity but feels like it will last. 3. The zipper can be a weak link on cheaper items. Not these. They feel built to last and the 3 sided zippers are a dream. Not going to lie, you still work up a sweat putting it on by yourself but it's manageable. Best of all... unlike the old style it doesn't ride up the back and bunch up because it encases the futon. I left this review hoping it will help someone like me who was hesitant to make the purchase. If you look at my pics, it's hard to say it doesn't look pretty dam good.
