WORX 40V Power Share Hydroshot 2X20V Portable Power Cleaner (Batteries & Charger Included) - WG644 Black/Orange

When ordering this item it's sent from the US which will become an issue as I explain. Firstly the initial advertisement showed a UK worx battery which was misleading as they don't fit (now changed) I see. Luckily I've a couple of older batteries that are the same fitting, voltage etc however, if I'm looking at the newer batteries I'm going to need an adapter which is just adding to the overall cost. Lastly if your not happy with the item it's to be shipped back to the US not free and not to the UK distributer which really is not acceptable as your not informed on this prior to buying! I'll be keeping the item simply because it's a higher PSI and hopefully I'll be able to adapt other batteries. Overall the advertisement is a joke it's not designed for the uk/EU market with no warning about this nor the fact you've to return it to the US if unhappy with your purchase. Lastly warranty maybe an issue as its a US model not UK.

Había leído malas reseñas sobre el equipo, respecto a la duración de la batería, sin embargo es adecuada para mi uso, el uso que le doy es para limpiar el patio trasero, donde el perro suele hacer sus necesidades, un área de 6x2m, logre limpiar dicha área y el indicar de batería sigue al 100%, respecto a la presión, concuerda con la especificación del fabricante, pero es inferior a la que ofrece un equipo conectado a la energía eléctrica, pero está bastante bueno el hecho de que puede ser portátil, mi necesidad se cubrió al 100%

There were 2 parts missing when I opened the box. These missing parts are essential to the operation of the equipment. Extremely disappointed. This hydro jet sprayer is not cheap.

not working from the moment I open it, the battery r just bad & spreading some white smoke like it was going to explode, & the smell of it really toxic & contact them & the seller more than 20 time no one help me they refuse to return it or giving me a refund, i don't recommend it please don't waste your money on this item

This is the second Hydroshot that I own. I also have the original which takes one battery. This one is about 50% more powerful and takes two batteries at a time. I used the original at both lake house and home residence and would take it back and forth. Leaving the original at the lake and will keep this new one at home. This is even better than original as it is more powerful. IF you think these Hydroshots are the same as using a gas powered high power pressure washer, you will be disappointed. Most of those are 1800 PSI, and this is 450 psi. A garden hose nozzle is around 60-80 psi. I find this to be about 5x to 6x more powerful than a garden hose nozzle. What this doe great is clean up patios, porches etc. especially after pollen season, great for washing cars, boat, motorcycle, cleaning out garage floors, etc. I love it and is one of the most used tools in my garage. For what it does it does it perfectly.
