In the Redgear mouse driver, I can choose 8000 DPI as well which is really cool. Its RGB lighting is also really great. It's been more than 1 year since I have been using it and I love it.

The media could not be loaded. If looking for light mouse don't go for it and if you are moving mouse you will feel resisted due to its grip so it not feels good to use you need a smooth mouse pad to use it or you have to use it without it. But it have good software support all functions works extremely well it have DPI level of 500-8000. Its Lighting mode is also cool I have uploaded all modes of Light but The uploaded video is 2x Speed . Build Quality is good for the price I bought it for 399. And It feels comfortable to hold for large hand

Assuming that I had received a defective unit, I promptly initiated a return and replacement. However, my hopes were dashed when the replacement unit exhibited the exact same issues. It became painfully clear that the problems were inherent to the product itself, not just a one-off defect.Adding to my frustration is the company's return policy. While I anticipated the option to receive a refund for this unusable product, I was astounded to find out that the only available solution was a replacement. This policy essentially forces customers with no hope of recovering their money. It's a disappointing and frankly unfair approach that further showcases the lack of integrity behind this product.I understand that the Redgear A-17 comes with a modest price tag of 275 Rs, but even considering its affordability, it fails to justify its poor quality and the false marketing as a "gaming mouse." I've previously used the ZEBRONICS-Transformer-M, which also falls within the budget range, yet it provided a significantly better gaming experience compared to this mouse. It's worth noting that while the ZEBRONICS-Transformer-M had its downsides, such as keys jamming after prolonged use, its overall performance was still notably better than the Redgear A-17.One of the most glaring issues with this mouse is its sensor quality. Despite being advertised as a gaming mouse, the sensor is subpar and doesn't even match the performance of a standard mouse sensor. This directly affects the accuracy and precision required for gaming, rendering it unsuitable for any FPS gamer.The low polling rate is another major drawback of this mouse. With a maximum polling rate of 125Hz, it's clear that the manufacturer did not prioritize the responsiveness needed for gaming. This low polling rate leads to noticeable input lag and hampers your ability to make split-second decisions in fast-paced games.While the RGB lights might add a touch of aesthetics, they serve no practical purpose in gaming.
