Is there any reason it can't be used as a replacement fan for an AC condenser on a motorhome?

Will this work with a PWM variable speed controller?

I know it can be wired to a thermostat switch but would check with the company website about a variable speed controller. I chose to keep my cooling, system simple and effective. If my motor is running the fan is running. It does make noise but if your vehicle has insulation it would be less noticeable. My truck never goes above 195 degrees since I installed the electric fan. I have a second fan as a spare, in case this one were to die. It would be an easy replacement as I used an universal aluminum shroud, welded the 4 mounting bolts to the shroud after installing them with the fan. Undo 4 nuts put the new fan, put the nuts on, acorn the 2 wires until I got home and could do a proper electrical connection.

3 3/16 inch or 3.9 inch?

Definitely not 3 3/16 had to make mods to fit it on my 65 mustang. Probably closer to 3.9.

Does fan come with attachment ties to radiator?

Yes it does but they are not the best at tightening. So far however the fan has not moved. I will add though this is hands down the best electric fan I’ve ever used. It keeps my 400 hp 6.0 LS perfectly cool.
