comes exactly as pictured fits well and has good and comfortable. The only thing I didn't like is that the forehead pad on the suspension is a little crooked/ off-center and messes with my OCD a bit, but it functions fine

I had to buy this because my job offers bump caps and those fall off and they adjust weird, with no added suspension. This is a great fit and adjustable, great price you should definitely grab it.

Great hard hat. Super comfortable compared to most. I would definitely buy another one, but not for a good while. It seems very durable.

Well built, comfortable hard hat. If I were to purchase again, though, I would get the vented style because this style gets a bit hot in the summer.
