Good sturdy cables
Wile there is little evidence of perceptible audio quality depending on cables, a good cable with decent connectors and insulated and labeled well does help in your audio setup. So i would recommend these.

Nice buy but not now
I was using DIY speaker cables for nearly 15 years. A bit ugly to look at but served the purpose well. Time to get new ones and need longer cables. Came across this from GearIT. Good feedback and did not wait to order.. delivery was on time. That was my first.review. Update 07 September 2020.. was removing my cables and one banana plug's tip just came off. Horrid design. The tip and spring are just tight fit into the body of the plug. Only 2mm of contact area between tip and body. The only qualm is the plugs being metal may short the amp if handled carelessly. Covered them with heat shrink sleeve. If only the plug manufacturers thought of this and isolated the inner connection from the metal screw on cover. I had for this reason used plugs with plastic covers in my diy cables.

I’m currently using the GearIT 12AWG Speaker Cable Wire with Gold-Plated Banana Tip Plugs (10 Feet) to connect my McIntosh MC501 mono block amplifiers to my Sonus Faber Stradivari speakers. For those unfamiliar, this is a high-end, premium audio setup. Previously, I used Wireworld speaker cables, but they were left behind when I moved, so I’m unable to make a direct comparison. As a passionate audiophile, I do believe that cables can influence sound quality, albeit with diminishing returns. Given that I only needed a short run, I opted for these 12-gauge cables, which can easily handle the 500-watt output of my mono amps, with peaks up to 1200 watts. The speakers sound excellent with these cables. While it’s possible that even more expensive options—such as silver cables—might offer slight improvements, these GearIT cables offer outstanding value, and their build quality is solid.

With all the discourse on whether or not high quality cables make much of a difference regarding sound quality, I needed to know for myself if this was all snake oil or if the golden-eared hifi enthusiasts were on to something. I figured it was wise to find a happy middleground between my Best Buy speaker wire and those infamous cables that reach into the hundreds-of-dollars category, and decided to grab a set of these GearIt connections. I can say right now, the look and feel of them is fantastic and strikes well above their price point. As someone who takes pride in having a listening room that's as easy on the eyes as it is on the ears, this was a major bonus. The build quality is solid too. As for the sound... well they made a difference, although the improvement was very subtle. Psychoacoustics are a funny thing, and maybe it's a placebo effect, but whatever it is, it seemed to open up the soundstage and offer a bit more clarity overall. I think when you reach the point where your sound system starts getting expensive, and you've done all the work to acoustically treat your room and get the best equipment you can, high quality cables are a must-have, and these ones are a perfect blend of value and functionality. After I replaced the gold-plated brass plate jumpers on the backs of my speakers with short lengths of equally high quality wire, things are sounding better than ever. Voices are more natural and alive, with mids and highs shining through with the natural splendor I always knew my speakers were capable of reproducting. I'll recommend these speaker cables to anyone, any day, and would advise anyone with dual-binding posts to toss out those flat plate-style jumpers and replace them with a lower-resistance option, like the high quality jumpers you can find right here on Amazon while I'm at it.
