Dr. FuhrmanSalad Dressing (Tuscan Herb)

I put a spaghetti squash in the Instant Pot (on a trivet) with a third cup of water, set to 8 minutes. After it beeps, I release the steam. I use a mitt to take it out. (It's way too hot, otherwise) I cut it in half. The skin peels off almost in one fell swoop. I scoop out the seeds, and top with this dressing. Maybe add a couple of raisins and walnuts or other nuts. It's a quick and filling healhty, whole-food, plant-based meal. I am used to the lower-salt nutritarian lifestyle of Dr. Fuhrman's recommendations. (Note: the Instant Pot adds a 10-minute come-to-pressure time, in addition to the 8-minutes cooking under pressure.)

worst thing I ve ever tasted..sorry wanted to go no oil..but yuck, dogs wont touch it either

Price is way too high for what you get.

It has very little taste and the taste it has is horrible. My husband hated it too. Also it is way-to expensive. I will continue making my own dressing and he will use his mustard. I was encouraged by Dr. Fuhrman's staff that this is the most popular one so I tried it and threw away $20.
