The quality is amazing!
I bought this to build with my 5 year old, he cannot make them all by himself but he helps me to put glue with a small paint brush and do the glow in the dark stickers (which properly charged glow really well). We both enjoy so much and he plays all day long with all the robots.I am really impressed with the quality of it all, clear instructions, it is super easy to locate the desired robot, where are the instructions, where is the material, taking them off it is super easy, the parts that need to be bent are marked with lines and dented to make it easier to bend, and exactly where the little flaps have to be glued.I as an adult enjoy so much putting them together and some of them you can put tea lights inside and work like night lights. The book contains 46 robots, for my child this is like a new toy each day, it has been an awesome summer activity for us, he picks one, we build it together and then play time. I noticed they have other books, we are going to buy more, we want them all. This is an amazing gift for a kid.

Great value for money and fun robots; needs a bit of QA on the parts labeling
There are many, many things I love about this book. First of all: the robots themselves! They're creative, have fun little framing narratives that are super-engaging for a robot-loving kid, and it's obvious that a bunch of creative minds and a sense of fun design went into them. What could be better: so far, we've constructed one robot in the one day we've had it, and there were several errors in the parts labeling of the robot itself: for example, flap 24 didn't have a gray part to be glued onto, and parts 67-70 were a bit of a mess generally in terms of what they matched with/didn't match with. This is fine for an older child or adult, but it was a bit distressing for my 6-year-old, who's got a lot of patience and attention for detail but who absolutely did _not_ want to glue tab 24 onto gray part 29, even though that was the only option. It took a bit of convincing him that it was a mistake on the book makers' part and that it was okay.Overall though: this is a strong buy and if you or your kid/s are into paper crafts or robots, you should absolutely purchase this. This could be a great small-group birthday party activity for 8-12-year-olds if you take the book apart and give each kid an instruction sheet and parts sheet.

Super easy instructions and funny little robots...
I have an 11 and a 7.5 year old boys. They both pretty much like playing boy games with their friends in the yard. The day I gave them these books they stayed inside all day creating these robots. My 7 year old needed help, but it was so much fun for me to help him. My 11 year old did not need help at all. The instructions are very clear. We all loved this toy and it kept us busy for hours.

Perfect for 8-Year-Olds
My eight-year-old son adores these. It's been a lot of fun for us to work on them together, and a great way to get him away from the video games. Pro tip: use a hot glue gun. You'll avoid a lot of frustration and the urge to rip these little fellas apart out of frustration! Also, note there are 46 robots in this book. 46. Do you have room for 46 paper robots in your house? Let's just say all the surfaces of my son's room are covered with paper robots, so plan ahead for what you're going to do with them after they're built. Have fun!

It's a great book my 3 year old boy loved it
It's a great book my 3 year old boy loved it! Of course it takes some patience to assemble the robots but you take around 5 minutes to make them.

Fun robot project!
This was a huge hit with my robot obsessed 5 1/2 year old grandson. They range from easy to difficult. Kids will need help with all levels. We cheated and used a glue gun for a more sturdy finish. The more advanced ones are a bit tricky but doable.

Impossible for a child!!!
All these reviews that's say ooh my 6,7,8,9yr old loves building these robots is a lie. Between my 16yr old, my 14yr old and myself, 35, can barely put these things together and you need super glue to make them actually stick together. My 7yr old won't even attempt to put one together. Good luck!!
